Next Level Conversations - Operations & Finance

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this session, you’ll hear silo-breaking updates from peers leading on climate justice in university operations and finance, including endowment investing. In efficient presentations, experts in the field will share their experience at the cutting edge of trends - and why you should follow up to implement these action steps on your campus/in your organization. After hearing what’s new across the field, you’ll have an opportunity right away to start digging deeper by joining a smaller, peer-to-peer conversation with the experts on the topic of your choice. Can’t pick just one? There will also be an opportunity to book 1-1 or small group time with the presenters during tomorrow’s open meeting space or times throughout the following week. Topics such as:
Topic 1 - How To : The Simple Power of Incorporating Racial Justice into a Net-Zero Portfolio
Topic 2 - Charge On!: How to Electrify Your Fleet
Topic 3 - How to Implement a Carbon Pricing Scheme: Perspectives from the Higher Ed Carbon Pricing Working Group
Topic 4 - Shareholder Engagement for Curriculum and Campus Goals (Net Zero, DEI)
