Janika is an architect and senior sustainability consultant with over a dozen years of experience in green building, decarbonization, and climate action. Prior to joining Integral Group she worked for the University of California Office
of the President on climate action planning, green building policy and implementation, and system-wide stakeholder engagement and training. In her role at Integral Group, Janika focuses on holistic sustainable planning and design, working with clients on integrated
planning efforts on projects including strategic action plans, campus-scale master plans, and working to merge large-scale policy with planning.
